Staff Training & Security
Each staff member’s skills and level of competence will be checked and personal training provided. Managers and Supervisors are utilised to:
- Develop the skills of new personnel
- Detail the standard of hygiene and cleanliness required
- Upgrade and monitor OH&S practices
Levels of competence of all staff are checked on a regular basis to ensure standard methods and procedures are adhered to. Re-training is organized if required.
